Dallas industrial fabrication and machining company, Fab-Tec, launched a new website and social media initiative this month. The Fab-Tec website features a bold new design for the 23-year-old company.

According to the company’s founder, David Bolding, “The new Fab-Tec website is about more than just updating the look. It reflects who we are as a company and how we serve our clients. It’s about how we do business in 2020 and beyond.”

Bolding explained that more and more of their own clients are adapting to online research and communication. “It used to be that you had to send a person with brochures and flyers all over the country. Today’s generation of manufacturers values being able to find information and get in touch directly through your website.”

COVID-19 has played a critical role in this changing marketplace. “For the past 6 months, we simply couldn’t send people,” Bolding says. “But now that we’re used to [communicating online], I think it’s here to stay.”

The new website was designed and built by Escape Plan Marketing (EPM) of Gastonia. In addition to a more mature visual design, the site was created to function well across all modern device types, increase the company’s search position, and communicate key information to Fab-Tec’s core market segment.

“We wanted to make sure Fab-Tec’s capabilities and reputation were accurately reflected in the new design, ” says EPM founder Drew Horine. “We’ve got this nationally-recognized company creating outstanding products right here in Gaston County. That’s a story we’re proud to tell.”

Now that the site is live, EPM will continue to add content and press releases, increasing the company’s digital footprint. “This is just the beginning,” says Horine. The company has also contracted to manage Fab-Tec’s social media and email marketing for the foreseeable future.
